My client is one of the big players in the financial industry and is looking for a creative and experienced email marketing specialist who can design, create and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to generate customer acquisition, improve retention and cross sell.

 

About the role

 

In the role as Email Marketing Designer you will report to the CRM Manager and work across multiple departments in the business to ensure that the campaigns are delivered complete, on-time, and highly effective.

 

What is required?

 

This role will require not only strong technical skills in creating and designing email templates but also a good understanding of creative, design and user-friendliness of direct marketing campaigns. A good attention to detail, online marketing experience and project management skills are also necessary to be able to deliver campaigns in time.

 

You have a strong technical knowledge of HTML5 and CSS and ideally have experience with managing production processes for digital marketing channels, (ExactTarget is a benefit)

 

Good analytics skills and an interest for data is important to optimise campaigns and make recommendations to the broader digital marketing team on how to engage with customers more effectively.

FRENDS Headphones is seeking a talented Graphic Designer, who is passionate about design and fashion, to join the FRENDS family. For the right candidate this can be an amazing opportunity to join a small startup that has become highly respected within Fashion, Music, and Technology. This position will work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to develop digital and print assets to support web, social, and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales team to Design promotional materials including: Campaign assets, look book’s, banner campaigns, Social media assets, press campaigns, and additional digital assets.


• Design and update website, HTML e-mail blasts, e-commerce promotions, and online marketing visuals.


• Shoot, touch up, and update new product assets for e-commerce and social media.


• Maintain look and feel of the brand across all design platforms.


• Stays relevant creatively & technologically by patterning and researching current design/ industry trends.


• Shoot new products arrival for e-store and update web pages with new assets.


• Oversee production for all printed collateral.


• Building aesthetically elevated presentation decks from briefs.

Requirements:

• Archive and catalog: photography, brand assets and various media.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.


• Strong skills in: Photo retouching (product & lifestyle), graphic design, layout, and Typography.


• Experience within fashion or female focused brands.


• Working Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.


• 2-4 years similar experience within Fashion and or Women’s Lifestyle consumer brands.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.


• Ability to understand and apply branding guidelines.
